Privacy Policy
1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been compiled in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including in accordance with Federal Law No. 152–FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", and is designed to properly regulate relations arising between an individual or legal entity-the user en.stalintex.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and the site administration en.stalintex.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Administration).
2. By accepting this Policy, the user expresses his unconditional consent to the provision of the Administration:
2.1. Personal information (including its processing):

2.2. E-mail (not available for public use);
The user fills out the subscription form at will, entering data about his name and e-mail into it.All personal information provided by the user is stored in the site's database and is automatically deleted in the cases specified in this Policy.
2.3. provision of automatic information, such as:

2.3.2. Text fragments of user data (cookies);
2.3.3. Browser or other program with which the user accesses the Site;
2.3.4. data in the URL;
2.3.5. HTTP/HTTPS authentication;
Provision of other information that is necessary for the Administration to organize the user's access to the Site.
3. Any information provided by the user for the purposes of using the Site must be up-to-date and reliable. The Administration fulfills its obligations in accordance with the information that they know, and will not be liable if improper performance was caused by late notification of the user about its change.
4. The Administration does not distribute information about the user to third parties, except in cases when the user has received the appropriate consent to such actions, or the provision of information is permitted by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, and the user's consent to its provision is not required in accordance with applicable law.
5. The Administration reserves the right to verify the data provided by the user, however, if the personal and other information provided by the user is unreliable, the user independently bears all the adverse consequences associated with this.
6. The administration will not be responsible for the information provided by the user at his request.
7. The Administration takes all measures to protect the user's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, copying, distribution.
8. The Administration has the right to unilaterally change the text of this Policy at any time by notifying the user beforehand. By accepting the text of this Policy, the user gives his consent to all subsequent changes to it.
9. This Policy does not apply to services, websites and so on of third parties that have no legal or actual relation to the Administration. The user independently settles the issues of providing information about himself with such persons.
